$120 per 50-minute session

A package of services may be pre-phurchased for a progressive savings.

4 sessions at $400

Insurance

This Counseling Provider only accepts United Behavioral Health, Aetna, and Magellund at this time. Only a percentage of managed care clients in the Providers caseload are accepted, so insurance claims are only made on a case by case basis.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Co-pay amount?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 * Note: Insurance coverage does not apply to Intensive Counseling or Package Savings

 Partial Scholarships may be available with a possible 20%  fee reduction

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service. Upon request, we will provide you with an invoice but we do not typically bill for services rendered.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Only valid emergencies, same day sickness or weather related cancellations are exceptions to this policy.
